This is an advisory service relating to paint colour schemes.

The cost of the service is as agreed in advance.

Payment is to be made on receipt of the invoice.

Every effort will be made to be punctual but we will not be liable for any consequences of late arrival due to factors beyond our reasonable control.

It is important that the customer is completely happy with the colour scheme(s) before the end of the colour consultation visit. We cannot be held responsible if the customer dislikes the proposed or completed scheme. If in any doubt it is advisable to buy sample pots to try, before buying and applying any paint.

Without prejudice to the above we shall not be liable for any loss or damage, directly or indirectly (eg decorator costs) as a result of the colour advice given, or any appointments that have to be delayed or cancelled, beyond the value of the consultancy charge.
